Download photographic print order form PDF » Ordering information Ordering prints from Laser Light is easy. You may use our order form (one for continuous-tone photographic prints, and another for giclée or black-andwhite Piezography™ prints -- see our information pages on photographic prints, inkjet prints and Supergloss prints for prices and futher instructions) or simply write your instructions (paper type, size and number of prints for each image, plus any custom printing instructions), along with your name, address, telephone number, and email address if you have one, on a sheet of paper. Package your originals carefully and ship via your carrier of choice. We recommend a service like FedEx that lets you track your package. Originals We accept originals for scanning in the form of transparencies, negatives (please send guide print), and prints. Reflective originals (for direct digital capture) can be any size up to 36×48. We do our utmost to protect your original. If the original is lost or damaged, our liability is limited to replacing with the like amount of unexposed film or other material. FTP Currently, FTP service is available to customers who contact us directly, either by phone (toll-free 888-354-3284, M-F, 9am - 5pm Pacific time) or through e-mail (ftpquery@laslight.com - please do not send attachments: these files will be too large). You must use your own FTP software (for instance, you can download WS_FTP LE for Windows from FTPplanet.com, or Fetch for Macintosh). We will give you the FTP address, login and password you need to transfer your files to Laser Light, and take your order for printing. Don't forget about color calibration to be sure you get the best images, and remember you must contact us with your print order! Time in lab Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your proofs and 5 -7 days to complete your order upon approval of proofs. We do accept work on a rush basis. Please call ahead to discuss your options. Payment All orders are COD. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, and money orders. Your card will be charged upon completion of your order. Shipping All orders will be shipped via Federal Express. We have been shipping with FedEx for over six years and have had very few problems. All orders will be shipped via FedEx Express Saver for a flat rate of $20.00 per order, including handling. An Express Saver package will arrive within 2 to 4 business days from the time it is shipped. Flat rate does not apply to oversized packages, framed artwork or additional insurance. Federal Express guaranteed 2-day service is $22.50 per order, including handling. Federal Express overnight service is $25.00 per order. Please let us know your preference when placing your order. Should you require overnight service, international service, or insurance in excess of the standard coverage provided by the carrier, you will be charged accordingly. The liability of Laser Light Photographics and Printmaking, Inc. ends with acceptance of your package by the carrier. |
